What you need:
2lbs of ground meat (I use turkey)
1 1/2pkgs of turkey bacon
1/2pkg Turkey pepperoni.
2 Teaspoons of ground garlic
3 Teaspoons of Italian seasoning
1/4 cup chopped onions (optional)
3 Tbl spoons of Worcestershire
2 Tbl spoons of Teriyaki sauce
2 Teaspoons of salt
Let's get started:
Chop 1pkg of bacon & pepperoni (the smaller the better)
Mix all meats in large bowl
Add spices, onions & eggs form patties and let sit for a few minutes to set up
While patties are setting up fry up the rest of the bacon (For the top of the burger)
When patties are cooked add bacon then add cheese on top (helps hold the bacon in place).
I like to use a good bun like a Hawaiian, Kaiser or onion bun.
Just count the carbs for the bun you choose and burger is free!
Serve with side of fries or favorite veggie!
